合成己二酸酯类润滑油的摩擦学性能研究
The study on tribological behaviors of the synthetic ester as lubricant base oil

Abstract
Adipate esters were synthesized by adipic acid and the different alcohol, including dibutyl adipate, dihexy ladipate, dioctyl adipate and didecyl adipate. Their tribological behaviors were investigated by the MR-S10B four-ball machine, and their topographies of the worn surface of steel ball were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the PB value of the synthetic ester is greater than the PB value of the corresponding alcohols, however the friction coefficient, the weight loss and the diameter of wear scar were all lower than the corresponding alcohols respectively. Because the synthetic ester can form a protective tribo-film on the wear surface in the process of long friction, which enhanced the efficiency of the anti-friction and the reducing-friction. And the tribological properties of adipates became better with the increasing length of the carbon chain.关键词
