一种新型聚酯钝感剂在发射药中的应用
Application of a Novel Deterrent Polyester in Gun Propellant
摘要
Abstract
By the deterring method in the water medium, the single-base propellant and the high energy nitramine propellant containing the novel deterrent polyester were prepared. By using the physical-chemistry testing,the closed bomb tests and long-term accelerated aging storage, the influence of the deterrent polyester on properties of the two propellants was researched. The experimental results show that the compatibility between the deterrent polyester and the single-base (or the high energy nitramine) propellant is excellent. It possesses lower volatilization,stronger anti-diffusion and also improves the progressive burning of the single-base propellant remarkably. The muzzle velocity difference of the propellants containing the polyester is less than l0m/s before and after long-term accelerated aging storage, the interior ballistic performance is almost no change.关键词
