Design of Optimal Organizational Structures for Combat Information Center Based on Task Decomposition

Abstract
With the development of information technology,designers and users become more concerned with the problems of the staffing of combat information center and optimized design of task.Therefore,the need exists for designing and doing research about organizational structure of combat information center,implementing optimal organizational structure,optimized staffing and effective operation on command and control between the specific structure of a task environment.This paper describes a design method for optimized staffing of combat information center,takes auti-missle task for example to analyses useable resources and information rules,provides reference for the design of optimal organizational structure of the combat information centers on the surface ships.关键词
