Grid planning for distribution network with distributed wind generators

Abstract
Considering the intermittency of the distributed wind generators (DWG) that are connected to distributed system as well as the uncertainty of the load forecast, a planning model based on the chance constrained programming (CCP) is proposed, in which the planning objective is to minimize the annual comprehensive cost and the flicker level of the point of common coupling (PCC) of DWG The probabilistic power flow based on the Monte Carlo simulation is applied to judge whether the planning scheme satisfies the constraints of both the node voltage operation range and the transmission capacities of branches. The tree structure encoding partheno-genetic algorithm (TSE-PGA) is employed to solve the optimal planning model. The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the TSE-PGA are justified by an example of a 17-bus distribution system.关键词
