摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the change of the optical differential protection in smart substation relative to traditional sampling protection, and introduces the application circumstance of the differential protection in smart substation adopting the mode of sample value point-to-point transmission connections. It discusses the process of sample synchronization in smart substation, and introduces the application of software interpolation method and resampling technology in smart substation. It presents a new synchronization scheme of differential protection based on virtual synchronous sampling interrupt technology. The realization method of the scheme is discussed in detail and its errors are analyzed theoretically. This method has been successfully applied in practical engineering.
