Abstract
Lots of joins of Changzhou Runhua Global Center are the joints of concrete filled circular steel tube column and multi-directional oblique intersecting steel beam. A nonlinear numerical analysis on the mechanical properties of the joints using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS 6. 10 was performed in this investigation. The analysis results indicate that the beam-to-column joint has great strength and can meet the seismic design principles of strong joint and weak element. The inner-diaphragm which effectively works with the steel tubes can improve the load bearing capacity of the joint. The oblique angle of the beam has less influence on the strength of the joint.关键词
