摘要

Abstract

The water quality plays a decisive role in the process of the water classification for SiC micro powder manufacture . Taking the method of overflow as example, the authors researched the main index of the water quality including pH value, conductivity and hardness on the grit size distribution of the SiC micro powder. The results, together with the lapping tests, indicated that the maximal index of water quality were; pH value 6 ~ 8, conductivity < 30 mS/m and hardness < 0.05 mmol/L.
