越橘幼苗对铅、镉胁迫的响应分析
Response Analysis of Lead and Cadmium Stress on Blueberry Seedlings

Abstract
The response characteristics of blueberry under lead and cadmium stress were studied using two-year-old "St. Cloud" seedlings as experimental materials. The results showed that under lead treatment, lead content of root was higher than that of stem or leaf. When treatment concentration was below 60 mg/kg, lead content presented stemleaf, conversely, lead content presented leaf>stem; under cadmium treatment, cadmium content presented root > stem > leaf; accumulation abilities of stem and leaf to cadmium were stronger than to lead. The biomass analysis results indicated that dry weight of root, stem, and leaf was decreased with the increase of lead and cadmium concentration, biomass decrease of seedlings under lead stress was greater than under cadmium stress with the same treatment concentration.关键词
