高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒ORF5基因的变异分析
Variation Analysis of the ORF5 Gene of Highly Pathogenic Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus(HP-PRRSV)

Abstract
Two highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (HP-PRRSV) isolates TJ and NM1 were obtained from Tianjin City and Neimenggu Region' pig farms. TJM vaccine strain was derived from HP-PRRSV TJ strain by passing 92 times in Marc - 145 cells. A RT-PCR method was used to amplify the complete ORF5 gene of the viruses. Variation analysis of ORF5 gene of the three isolates and other published PRRSV isolates in or out China showed that ORF5 gene among TJ, NM1 and other HP-PRRSV had higher similarity, sharing 99.5%-99.8% identity of the nucleotide, and had the lowest similarity, sharing 63.3% or 63.5% identity of the nueleotide with the Europe LV strain. Four amino acid mutations, F23S, G80V, R151K, Q196R, occurred between TJ and TJM, and may have potential effect on the decreased virulence of TJ.关键词
