Improving Professional Ability of Chinese Editiors in the Context of Cultural System Reform

Abstract
Starting from the analysis on the characteristics of the Chinese publications of the Ethnic publishing house, this paper puts forward that it is necessary for the Chinese editors to improve their professional ability in two aspects： to strengthen their professional consciouness and improve their quality, which is of importance for adapting to the reform, serving the commuity and self-development.关键词
