“天河一号”在生命科学研究中的应用
Application of the TH-1A Supercomputer in Life Science
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the high performance computing and the TH-lA supercomputer are introduced. Then this paper provides two important applications with high-performance computing in the field of life sciences one is the molecular dynamics simulation, discussing application performance testing and the important application results in the TH-lA:the other is bioinformatics research,introducing good results of the GPU parallel software testing on the TH-lA carried out by BGI. Finally,the development trend of high-performance computing in life science is discussed in this paper.关键词
