摘要

Abstract

Microcystin-RR (MC-RR) was extracted from cyanobacterial cells. Extracted MC-RR whose concentration reached 0.1 mg/g (wet) was biodegraded by Sphingopyxis sp. in the paper. The results show when temperature is 30 ℃ and pH is 7.0, 42.3 mg/L MC-RR can be biodegraded completely with aerobic condition in 36 h. It is found that there are two biodegradation productions by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). UV spectrum similarity between one of the productions and MC-RR reaches 95 %.
