摘要
Abstract
Dynamic simulation test using polyamino polyether methylene phosphonate (PAPEMP ) scheme and phosphonate zinc scheme in recirculated cooling water treatment system for ethylene production were introduced. In ethylene plant cooling water system, PAPEMP treatment scheme substitutes for phosphonate zinc treatment scheme, which can obtain satisfactory corrosion protection and scale control under condition of heat transfer quantity and concentration ratio improved. Hie PAPEMP treatment scheme reduces chemical cleaning of recirculated cooling water system, which means the ethylene equipment can operate chronically and stably.关键词
