Abstract
As computer technology developing and popular in business management application, it is necessary to take the advantage of computer in the Geld of personnel management in enterprise. This paper combines with college actual personnel system, through the demand analysis, develops this personnel management system by SQL Server 2000 as database and by the mighty PowerBuilder 9.0 as development tool. It mainly introduces development background, the function and the developing process. It emphasizes the key point of system analysis and design, difficulties and solutions in developing process.关键词
