Abstract
In general, the development of a Chinese-English bilingual Management Information System website usually adopts the pattern of "two code sets, two databases" or "one code set, two resource file libraries". When using these methods, there are inevitably insufficiencies in software and hardware expenses, code and information separations, and system maintenance. To resolve the problem, the authors design two data fields to store both Chinese and English information to display static or dynamic contents in web pages. By database and program design, with only one code set plus one database, a Chinese-English bilingual website can then be realized.关键词
