摘要

Abstract

National rain-induced geological hazards early warning services model is a six-layer model based on spatial information grid idea. The model emphasizes that both data and computing are abstracted as resources, and both data resources migration and data process analysis resources migration ought to be consistent. The node load index concept is defined based on node average throughput rate, processor utilization and memory usage. Independent test results with 4 nodes load index sample show that the nodes load difference is not significant, thus load balance requirement is reached. Early warning services application tells us early warning service improves time efficiency by 40% compared to desktop early warning systems.
