摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of different nursing methods on the psychology and complications of patients who received pituitary tumor resection through nose and sphenoid sinus. Methods The control group received conventional nursing while the experiment group received phrase-based full - time nursing in which nursing was divided into preoperative and postoperative periods and a full - time nursing staff provided professional nursing to patients from admission to discharge. Results The self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and the self- rating depression scale (SDS) score (38.8±4.2; 32.8 + 5.9) in the experiment group were significantly lower than in the control group (52.1 ±7.3, 48.8±6.6). The occurrence rate of complications in the experiment group was 25% , which was significantly lower than the 45. 83% in the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Phase - based nursing method can effectively improve patients' psychological status in a positive way and reduce clinical complications.关键词
