Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and nursing of the percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy(PDT) in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods Forty PDT patients were equally randomized into open tracheostomy (OT) group and PDT group. The operative time, the intraopera-tive blood loss and the postoperative bleeding volume in the two groups were compared. The nursing process of PDT patients was summarized and analyzed. Results In PDT group, the operative time was(10.82±1.47) min, the intraoperative blood loss was (5.86 ±0.18) mL, and the postoperative bleeding volume was (3.21 ± 0.13) mL. Compared with OT group, they were much shorter and lower (P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with standard tracheostomy surgery, PDT has shorter operative time and less blood loss and easier nursing.关键词
