非那雄胺联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗前列腺增生临床疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of finasteride combined with α- receptor blockers on benign prostatic hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of finasteride combined witha- recep tor blockera for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods A total of BPH 198 patients were divided into group A (finasteride treatment group, n =70), group B (al - blocker treatment group, n =62), and group C (combined treatment group, n =66). After 24 weeks of treatment, IPSS score, maximum flow rate, B- mode ultrasound measured residual urine volume and prostate volume in these three groups were observed. Results After treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in groups A and B in terms of IPSS score, maximum flow rate, residual urine volume and prostate volume (P>0.05). Compared with groups A and B, the maximum flow rate significantly increased in group C (P<0.01). Residual urine volume and prostate volume significantly reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of combined drug treatment for BPH is remarkable.关键词
