Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and patters of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital, improve the quality of ADR monitoring, and promote rational clinical drug use. Methods Data of 143 patients with ADR from October 2009 to September 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in terms of age, sex, route of administration, drug types, category of anti- infection drugs, organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations. Results The females (90 cases) was more than the males (53 cases). The number of ADR (121 cases, 84.62%) created by anti - infection drugs ranked the first. The route of administration was primarily intravenous drip infusion (134 cases, 83. 2% ). The clinical manifestations were most common in skin and accessory damage. Conclusion We need to enhance the monitoring and publicizing of ADR and improve the responsibility consciousness of the professional staff in order to reduce the incidence of ADR and guarantee the safe and effective use of drugs in clinical treatment.关键词
