Statistical analysis of adverse drug reactions and exploration of rational clinical drug use
目的 了解本院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,提高ADR监测工作质量,促进临床合理用药.方法 对本院2009年10月～2011年9月上报的143例ADR.分别从患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、药品种类、抗感染药物类别,涉及器官或系统以及具体临床表现等方面进行回顾性分析.结果 143例ADR中,女性(90例)多于男性(53例);由抗感染药物引起的ADR数量居首位,有121例(84.62％);给药途径以静脉滴注为主,有134例(83.2％);临床…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the characteristics and patters of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital, improve the quality of ADR monitoring, and promote rational clinical drug use.
