Clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for congenital equinovarus in 128 children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for congenital e-quinovarus in children. Methods A total of 128 children receiving surgical treatment for congenital equinovarus were selected in our hospital from January 2005 to October 2012. All of the children received the surgery of tendon extension, plantar fascia cut - off and external placing of the tibialis anterior. The clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction were observed. Results Both the success and satisfaction rates reached 100%. The postoperative follow - up revealed that there were no infections, relapses and complications. Conclusion The surgery of tendon extension, plantar fascia cut - off and external placing of the tibialis anterior for the children with congenital equinovarus can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy if the operation process and postoperative orthopedic treatment follow correct procedures.关键词
