Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair surgery. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients who received laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair surgery in our hospital from November 2009 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were discharged with recovery. The 6 - and 12 - month follow - up found no serious complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair offers a clear surgical field and it is easy to explore, drainage and identify combined or hidden diseases. Thus timely treatment can be provided. The technique also has advantages of smaller incision and scar and faster recovery.关键词
