复方苦参联合化疗治疗大肠癌的临床研究
Clinical study on compound Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the compound Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy far colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 66 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 33) and treatment group (n = 33). The control group was administered FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and the treatment group was administered chemotherapy and intravenous infusion of compound Sophora flauescens Ait injection 30 mL (I time/d, 10 d as a cycle). The clinical efficacy, immune function and pain regression in both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The overall clinical efficacy rate in the control group was 45.5% , and 63.3% in the treatment group. The difference was not statistically significant (f>0.05). After treatment, IL-2 levels increased significantly (F<0.05), IL -10 levels decreased significantly (P<0.05) in both groups. Compared with the control group, there were more pronounced changes in the treatment group (P<0. OS). The pain regression rates in both groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer can achieve better short - term effect and effectively improve immune function.关键词
