摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic significance of the high sensitivity C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) and serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The hs - CRP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C) levels in T2DM patients (observation group, n = 80) and healthy patients (control group, n =50) were observed. The correlation between hs- CRP and serum lipids in the observation group was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the serum TC, TG and LDL- C, hs- CRP levels were significantly higher (P<0. 01), and HDL - C levels were significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.01). In the observation group, hs - CRP was positively correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.01).Conclusion Serum lipids and hs- CRP are effective means in diagnosis of T2DM.关键词
