压电复合材料粘接界面断裂有限元模拟
FEM simulation of adhesive interface fracture in piezoelectric composite

Abstract
Based on FRMM (Fix-Ratio Mix-Mode) fracture test and digital imaging system, we obtained the interface fracture toughness and displacement and strain fields of piezoelectric composite specimens. Through nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS and the user subroutine UMAT,the finite element simulations based on cohesive zone concept (CZM) for piezoelectric composite materials interface crack initiation and propagation are performed, and the load-displacement curves are close to the test results comparing with VCCT methods,but there are some differences in crack propagation path and it is needed for further modification in cohesive law. In addition, the finite element analysis shows that the interface bond strength and interface stiffness have a big effect on the calculation results. Our study demonstrates that cohesive zone model can well characterize the interface debonding fracture of piezoelectric composite materials with a weak bonding interface.关键词
