Abstract
Shiye Town, located in Zhenjiang, was selected to investigate the generation and composition of RSW through household survey , sorting and weighing in detail. Characteristics and factors of rural solid waste (RSW) was explored in the study area. The main results were as follows: the average generation of RSW in this area was 198. 35 g · d-1 per person, and the average generation of organic waste was 95. 32 g · d-1 per person ; per capita annual expenditure, per capita housing area, farming ratio and poultry breeding ratio were the factors relevant to the generation and composition of RSW.关键词
