Medium Screening for the Best Analgesic Activity of Paecilomyces gunnii
摘要
Abstract
A strain of Paecilomyces gunnii was used as test material to select the optimum medium among 5 media in which the best analgesic activity composition could be produced. The results show that the op- timal medium is the Sabouraud improving medium Ⅰ with pH 7--8, which contains dextrose 20 g, glyc- erol 5 g, soluble starch 5 g, KCl 0.5 g, MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g, KH2PO4·3H2O 1 g, and FeSO4·7H2O 0.5 g. The optimum fermentation time is 6 days.关键词
