菌物DNA条形码技术原理与操作
Principle and Procedure of Fungal DNA Barcoding
摘要
Abstract
DNA barcode is a technology which uses DNA sequence as a system to accomplish identifica- tion. It can be used to indentify unknown species and discover new species by scanning and analyzing DNA fragments. The advantages of this technology stand out when traditional taxonomy is challenged by life-stage transformations of their specimen, especially in fungi. Many scientists have been working on se- lecting a suitable gene which should be used as the standard DNA bareode for fungi. The concept, princi- ple, procedures, advantages and disadvantages of DNA barcode were discussed in the present paper. The prospect for this technology was briefly described.关键词
