摘要

Abstract

Manufacturing equipment information level is directly related to manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness. Combining the reality of large-scale manufacturing enterprises,from the demand,design, ordering, purchasing, manufacturing, installation, use,repair,transformation to discard as useless of manufacturing equipment, integrated innovation research was done. Modem manufacturing equipment management model was proposed based on value chain optimization. The new concept of the ' manufacturing equipment is core competitiveness of enterprises' was established. Hie original system structure and business processes were transformed based on Petri net. An information classification and coding standards system for manufacturing equipment was created. Based on B/S architecture,process of decision-making,distributed modular,collaborative work and information interacting, the Manufacturing Equipment Lifecycle Information Systems( MELS)had been developed. Each subsystem could not only operate independently but also be integrated together. The system has been brought into use and proved to be effective,and the information level of industrial enterprises was promoted to the deep-seated.
