摘要

Abstract

The structure and force of the cantilever planer are complexity. The machining accuracy is affected by the deformation itself and the contact deformation between the parts which is caused by the action of load. Sufficient stiffness of the column is required because of the open support framework structure. A certain type of cantilever planer produced by a company is considered as the research object. The finite element method is introduced to the structural design. SolidWorks is used to establish the three dimensional model of objects and then ABAQUS is used to execute static analysis and modal analysis of existing structure so that weaknesses can be found,product improvement can be carried out based on the analysis result and the performance can be improved effectively.
