摘要

Abstract

Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,presents a design method of digital wireless temperature detection MEMS for human body. Considering the special application condition and environment,and based on the design principle of minimal dimension and high reliability, the selection and design of temperature sensor,encapsulation shell,and wireless temperature signal transmission and receiving are separately discussed. And then a MEMS to meet the design requirements is manufactured. The system has been tested for vitro temperature measurement,and the results show that the design is feasible.
