光栅三维空间衍射现象的研究OA
A Study of Phenomenon of Grating Diffraction in Three-dimensional Space
实验发现平行光空间斜入射光栅时,衍射光斑呈曲线分布。通过对实验观察和分析,从基尔霍夫衍射理论出发,分析了平行光以任意角度入射光栅时的夫琅和费衍射极大值是沿圆锥面分布的特点,进而得到了在平面接收屏上的衍射花样分布的定量表达式,并且归纳总结出三维空间斜入射光栅的一般规律,理论分析与实验结果一致。
