24份水稻细胞质雄性不育系异交性能研究
Study on Outcrossing Abilities of 24 Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Lines of Rice

Abstract
The outcrossing habit of rice male sterile line is closely related to the seed production yield. The outcrossing abilities of 24 cytoplasmic male sterile lines of rice which were widely used in the production were studied. The results showed that: among 7 flowering characters, only the spikelet opening time arid flowering time had negative correlation with ihe outcrossing setting rate, yet the glume - opening dual exserted stigma rate, grain - wrapped rate, glume - opening single exserted stigma rate, opening angle of the spikelet and blooming duration had positive correlation with the outcrossing setting rate. The path analysis indicated that the direct path coefficient between various characters and the outcrossing setting rate had the following order; grain - wrapped rate > glume - opening single everted stigma rate > opening angle of the spikelet > glume - opening dual exserted stigma rale > blooming duration > flowering time > spikelet opening time. The direct functions of grain - wrapped rate, glume - opening single exserted stigma rate, opening angle of the spikelet and glume - opening dual exserted stigma rate on the outcrossing setting rate were obviously greater than their indirect functions, showing these four traits had very close correlation with the outcrossing setting rate. However, the direct path coefficient between the spikelet opening time and the oulcrossing setting rate was negative.关键词
