响应面法超声提取龙眼核黄酮工艺的优化
Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Fiavonoids from Longan (Dimocarpus longan) Seed by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Based on the Box - Behnke centre combination experimental design principle of Response Surface Methodology ( RSM), RSM with three factors and three levels was established to investigate the effects of extraction temperature, solvent concentration and extraction time on the extraction of flavonoids from longan ( Dimocarpus longan Lour. ) seed, and the quadratic polynomial mathematical model describing the relationship between flavonoids extraction and all influential factors was set lip. Through RSM, the optimal conditions of extracting flavonoids were obtained as follows; extraction temperature 71 ℃ , extracting solvent methanol concentration 50% and extraction time 70 minutes. Under these conditions, the experimental gain rate of flavanoids was 1. 6388% , which was basically coincident with the predicted value (1. 6164% ) of the model.关键词
