该文从地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记等方面,介绍了我国莲子资源的地理标志知识产权保护的现状,并提出了几点建议.
This paper introduced the protection status of geographical indication intellectual property of lotus seed resources in China from the aspects of geographical indication products protection, geographical indication trademark registration, agricultural products geographical indication registration and so on, and put forward a series of suggestions.
