摘要

Abstract

The 4 - year - old Lycoris sprengeri bulbs were soaked with GGR No. 6 rooting powder solution at different concentrations (0, 25, 50, 75 mg/L) , and the effects of GGR No. 6 rooting powder on the development and physiological characteristics of cor-mels in Lycoris sprengeri were investigated. The results revealed that applying 25 ~ 50 mg/L GGR No. 6 could increase the average number of cormel and root, raise the soluble sugar, reducing sugar and soluble protein content in the bulbs, improve the total amylase activity, and reduce the starch content.
