摘要

Abstract

The continuous flow method was used to measure the water - soluble sugar content in flue - cured tobacco, and the uncertainty of this measurement was analyzed and assessed. It was confirmed that the main sources of the uncertainty were sample moisture, sample value displayed by continuous flow analyzer, and measurement repeatability. The standardized uncertainty of the measurement result was 0.42%. Under the confidence level of 95% , when the comprising factor k was equal to 2, the expanded uncertainty was 0. 80%.
