Cloning of Gene Hsp70 in 10 Microsporidia Strains and Analysis of Their Phylogeny
摘要
Abstract
The partial sequence of gene HsplO in ten microsporidia strains from different insect species was amplified, and the phylogeny of these strains was analyzed. The results indicated that the 1136 bp segment of HsplO in 10 microsporidia strains could be effectively amplified through the designed primers. Heredity distance matrix and phylogeny analysis showed that the microsporidia iV. bombycis from silkworm was closely related to the microsporidia from wild insects, which suggested that the pathogenic microsporidia in silkworm probably came from the microsporidia in wild insects. The parasitism of different species of microsporidia in different hosts was a process of mutual selection and adaptation. The gene HsplO in microsporidia had genetic diversity, N. bombycis in silkworm was a complex.关键词
