Coating Automatic Batching System Design
摘要
Abstract
Paint color is the furniture industry in an important technological link, directly influence the appearance quality of furniture. This paper presents a TCS23O color sensor, FPGA as lower machine controller based on color information acquisition, PLC as driving controller , servo pump and three color coating according to a certain pro-portion of color, by using the object oriented programming language VB6. 0 realize PC monitoring interface coating automatic color matching system design. In this paper, the system design, key technology and specific development process are discussed in detail.关键词
