摘要
Abstract
profiling system is an important part of roll -over automatic car wash, which is also the core of technical level in this equipment. It is directly related to eventual efficacy and safety of the car wash. This article introduces the structure, principle and control methods of profiling brush. PLC (programmable logic controller) is applied to the hardware design and an analog input module is used to simplify the traditional profiling control of brush part and save a lot of manufacturing cost. At the same time, it greatly improves operation reliability and security of the system control.关键词
