Abstract
Under the background of the continuous casting production present situation, based on the function of the continuous casting crystallizer vibration on-line detection system and in combination with the advantages of the virtual instrument and LabVIEW, this article introduce the program for real-time data acquisition of the crystallizer vibration signal and its implementation steps in detail, describes the data processing of the vibration signal and provides the realization program of the digital filter. It also shows the spectrum analysis map which is realized by FFT and at the end, gives out the time domain waveform and the frequency domain spectrum of the vibration data which is got by the system in the practical engineering application. It is fufl proof that the reaf-time data acquisition and processing of the vibration signal realized by LabVIEW is used to achieve perfect results.关键词
