摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the high frequency small signal LC resonance of the amplifier design ideas and specific circuit implementation, mainly by the attenuation network, LC resonance amplifier and voltage fol- lowed and power supply four modules. The decay resistance type TT type network realization; LC resonance in use of the power amplifier small 2 N2222 type two transistor amplifier, LC resonance part is the amplifier's load; Volt- age followed the op-amp integrated OPA355, in order to realize the good matching impedance circuit; In order to provide the power amplifier, the voltage LM317 chip design a power supply. By test, amplifier has the advantages of low power consumption, high power gain and Rood selectivity.
