Abstract
According to the existing legal framework, a webpage for the work in the ownership of the type and incurring the plight of copyright protection, this article proposes that, at this stage, the pages should be considered as assembly work, and at the same time, should learn from database of the copyright, and be combined with special database anti-unfair competition law.关键词
