Abstract
In recent years,because of the global economic crisis ,the economy of many small and medium sized enterprises in China has worsened ceaselessly, and some even went bankrupt. In the face of the new situation of market economy under the global economic crisis, Deepening the reform of small and medium sized enterpris- es＇ cost management are also increasingly becoming more and more prominent and urgent. On one hand, this pa- per introduces the cost concept of small and medium sized enterprises and the effect on the development of the en- terprises. The problem, at the same time, to the medium sized enterprises＇ cost management is analyzed, and the method of management is discussed in this paper. The key point to the small and medium sized enterprises is to cost reduction when facing the condition of market economics. The final aim, for a enterprise, is to increase in- come, save paying and to be profitable.关键词
