米诺环素对急性智齿冠周炎治疗效果的观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of periocline on acute pericoronilis. Methods: 83 cases of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Experiment group (n=39), tooth pocket were rinsed by 3% hydrogen dioxide solution and saline water and then periocline ointment was applied into the pocket. Comparison group (n=44), after the pocket was rinsed, 2% iodine-glycerin was applied, and combined with oral administration of antibiotics for 3 days. Therapeutic effects between the two groups were assessed 3 days later after treatment. Results: The cure rate of acute pericoronitis in experiment group and comparison group were 56.42% and 29.55% respectively. The effective rate in experiment group and comparison group were 89.74% and 70.45% respectively. There was an obvious statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Periocline is effective and safe in treatment of acute pericoronitis.关键词
