原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体表达与调节性T细胞相关性分析
Expression of Toll like receptors on peripheral blood mononuclear cells and their influence on CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cells in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of toll like receptors (TLR) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMC) and CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cells in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC)- Methods We analysed TLR2,4 .9 on PBMC and CD4 + CD25 + Tregs of 52 PBC patients and 22 normal controls using flow cytometry. We compared the parameters between patients and normal con-trols. Results CD4 + CD25 + T regulatory cells in PBC patients were lower than that of normal controls [ (1.53 ±1-33) vs (4. 42 ± 1.43 ) , P <0. 0001 ] , however, TLR4 cells in PBC patients were higher than that of normal controls [ ( 36, 95 ± 3, 53 ) vs ( 32, 84 ± 8. 06 ) , P = 0, 003], Tregs and TLRS cells were negatively correlated in PBC patients (R2 -0- 115, P =0. 016) , whereas only Tregs were negatively correlated with TLR2 ,4/TLR2,4,9 cells in normal controls ( R2 = 0. 326,P = 0. 007; R2 = 0. 226, P = 0. 034). Conclusion Tregs are defective numerically in PBC patients and the expression of TLR4 cells is enhanced, especially in patients with infection. Tregs may affect nu-merically by infection, while they are defective numerically in PBC patients.关键词
