摘要
Abstract
Objective: To understand the bone's stress distribution around the platform-switching implant, provide the basis for the clinical choose. Method: Use CATIA professional drawing software,build implant-supported three-dimensional model of maxillary first premolar. analysising the stress distribution around implant between platform-matching (PM) and platform-switching (PS) in the vertical and oblique loading conditions! the maximum stress distribution with different materials abutment in the platform-swtiching conditions around the implants. Result: (1)in the PS model,the maximum von Mises stress vertical in the vertical loading is smaller than in the oblique loading. (2)The stress distribution around the implants, with different material abutment.is similar,and concentrated in the cortical bone implant neck. Conclusion: (l)Platfbrm-switching peri-implant bone tissue stresses decreases compare to the platform matching, but the abutment, the central screw, the implant stress increases. (2) stress various parts around the implants increased significantly in the oblique load conditions, particularly the abutment and peri-implant are obvious. (3) the stress distribution was less affected by the material of the abutment.关键词
