摘要

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of immune function of tongue cancer rats model intervened by acupuncture. Method: Using 0.002 % 4-Nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4NQO) in drinking water to establish the rats model for oral mu-cosa carcinogenesis,acupuncture was implemented in 13-18 weeks,positive controlled by retinoic acid,to observe the alteration of oral mucosa morphology by HE stain and the quantity of blood serum CD4+ and CD8+ by Enzyme linked immunosor-bent assays (ELISA). Result: Histopathology makes it clear that atypical hyperplasia and Cancerous degree of model group is the most serious one,medicine group takes second place,and the destructiveness of acupuncture group is the lowest. Contrast to black control group,Serum CD4+ in other groups increase,in which the acupuncture group is remarkable,making a significant difference (P <0.05) ; both serum CD8+ and CD4+/ CD8+ ratio of acupuncture group increases (P <0.05) ,and decres respectively more than model group and medicine group,closing to black group. Conclusion: To a certain extent,it is obviously illustrated (P <0.05) and decrease respectively that there is inhibition effect of acupuncture in the occurrence and development of oral mucosa carcinogenesis,relevance to rats immune function regulation probably.
