Abstract
Objective To study allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell collection method of ABO incompatible donor, and to observe the safety of removal of red cells and/or plasma for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods In 29 patients undergoing allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation donors and recipients with the consistency of HLA typing or 1~3 incotnpatibilty.the main disagreement was 13 cases of ABO,7 cases with minor,ABO blood group consistency was 9 cases. CS-3000 plus blood cell separator of stem cell collection procedures was used for the ABO incompatible peripheral blood stem cell collection, without removing red blood cells and /or plasma. And the blood was transfused directly to the recipient. Results The final volume of major ABO blood group incompatible, with minor and blood type matches for each collectd PBSC product was (59.11±1.19) ml. Acquisition of MNC,ratio of MNC CD34+ cells,red blood cell content between the three groups had no significant difference. Conclusion The application of CS-3000 plus blood cell separator to collect ABO incompatible donor peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells was not only for the donor safety,but also the hematopoietic stem cell concentration of collected product was higher,ABO incompatible red cells were less polluted. It does not need to remove red blood cells and plasma, which can be used safely in ABO incompatible recipients.关键词
