梯度铁电薄膜热释电性质的理论研究
Theoretical investigation on the pyroelectric properties of graded ferroelectric thin films

Abstract
In order to investigate the theoretical method to improve the pyrocltctric properties of ferroelectric thin films, a theoretical model for component-graded ferroelectric thin films is developed in this study. In the framework of the thermodynamic theory, a distribution function is introduced to characterize the properties of graded components. With the variation of parameter a and the external electric field, the pvroelectric properties of componerrt-greded ferroelectric thin films are mainly investigated. The study shows that the component gradient leads to the graded-polarization distribution in films. The parameter a and the external electric field are two main factors affecting the films properties, which have obvious impact on pyroelectric working temperature region and pyroelecttic detective insensitivity. The resulls provide a theoretical reference for the preparation and applications of pyroelectic apparatus.关键词
